We built our reputation on this steak! Tender center-cut Filet Mignon, marinated in Bordelaise sauce and wrapped in a generous slice of thick bacon. Bake thawed @ 400° 8-10 minutes on first side, then cook 5-8 minutes on second side. Towards end of cooking time, unwrap and lay the bacon flat on both sides to cook it thoroughly. Even better on the barbecue! 10 steaks
